Greetings from our Clinic, DISC

The DISC team is super excited to share our thoughts, knowledge and experiences with you!

We love teaching, explaining and improving our work which evolves everyday with the different pain management and prevention cases we see! Our team is equipped to handle low back pain from sports injuries to postural anomalies, prolonged sitting to arthritis :)

We see everything from post-surgical rehab cases to basic alignment issues. And the best thing about what we do? TEAM work! We are lucky to all work under the same roof, like family, except we don’t really fight ;) Instead we challenge each other to become the best therapists in our community because we take pride in what we do.

But we are not only comprised of therapists (although we have chiropractors, osteopaths, physiotherapists, sports therapists, massage therapists, lifestyle coaches and therapy nurses) ! We also have strength coaches, a nutritionist and admin staff who support our structure as much as we do!

And the greatest part? We do it all for you! Alright fine, we enjoy it so much it makes our world go round, but we sleep better at night knowing we make a difference in people’s standard of living :) We may be dubbed as “complementary and alternative medicine” by the community but we like this! Mainly because we don’t do anything the mainstream or conventional way.

Have you seen 4 therapists working together fixing spinal adhesions, postural tilt, muscle imbalances and nutrition all at once? Well it’s pretty grand because the final product is greater than the sum of its parts. Targeting every aspect of disease from management to rehab to prevention is the future of healthcare, and living a healthy and happy life.

So we welcome you to our family and to our home, and we would love to hear your thoughts and opinions on different topics we bring up!
